Inspired by the Icelandic landscape, dancer Katla Thor & photographer Davide Bozzalla created a series of photographs which became The Lost Ballerina. Laura Murphy and Katla Thor took these images into the dance studio to re-create a live site specific version of this series for The Reykjavík Dance Festival, September 2011.
In the vast, lonely landscape of the Icelandic highlands, Thor is a Huldukona - know in Iceland as A Hidden Person or The Lost Ballerina.
